“Took my 2020 gmc 2500 to them it’s lifted 7 inches needed a front end alignment. Sunrise gmc said we can’t do it. Zellner did it right very good job. I said I need it by noon dropped it off at 8 am done by 11am.”

“+ The shop did a fantastic job on the damage. I could not make out if there was even a problem with the car.+ The car was cleaned from the inside as well. Had I known, I would have cleared the mess I had inside. The car looked brand new from the inside, besides where I had left lose receipts etc.- The final cost estimate was 10% higher than the original estimate- The time estimate was 70% higher than the original estimate. They did not call back even though I was promised a call back once the job was done. The vehicle was declared ready only once I called. So you may need to keep a check on that.”

“Had some damage to both urethane bumpers that required surface to be reconstructed and painted. Technician was masterful. 2021 Tesla S Plaid. Looks better than at original delivery. These guys are maintaining the long known reputation of Joe Stewart. ???.New bumper covers would have been double the cost alone if you could even get them.Service: Painting”

“i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”

“Had a great experience here with Bobby Taylor and team. Bobby was truly patient, thoughtful, and honest - something that is often said, however truly exemplified in this industry as it was in my purchase case. I traveled to Tennessee from Illinois because of the fantastic selection and pricing Collierville and sister store Mt. Moriah have - and was not disappointed. The F250 Limited I was originally scheduled to test drive began to have transmission issues prior to my arrival - which Bobby was very upfront about upon my arrival. Bobby had a great knowledge of his stock of vehicles, however, and he recommended an F250 Platinum that he had in stock which fit my needs. I would recommend Collierville and Mt. Moriah Auto Sales to anyone in and around the Eastern US - it is well worth a drive in for their selection, pricing, service.”

“Landers Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle. All of the personnel that work there are friendly and informative. I worked with Wendall Brown and he never put pressure on me and only gave me informative answers to any questions that I had. The finance manager gave me information on financing the vehicle and also he was very informative about the different warranty policies that were available to me. The whole car buying experience at Landers Ford went smoothly, pleasantly and there was never any pressure to purchase put on me by anyone in the dealership.”

“I think you have well trained employees because every single time I have gone there, I have those "customer requests" that employees dread because customers in general are stupid and requests only add time and hassle to everybody's work day. But mine always get done and done correctly.For example, I had one road force balance job that I specified I wanted the balance less than 12 lbs and it got done without issue. I had another where the tech flagged one rim would not balance because it was bent, so I straightened it, brought it back and had it balanced. Had a third job where I was trying to 'calibrate my butt' to a vibration I felt in the vehicle and asked for the tires to be road force balanced, be put back on the car exactly the same location, and know the before and after numbers. The job was done exactly as I asked and it turned out the two rear tires, the ones I suspected were bad were starting to have belt separation. That was exactly what I needed to know!”

“Needed Saturday service for my son who was in town from college for the weekend. Gateway is not a place we typically use for no other reason other than it’s a little out of the way for me. I showed up at 7:30 and Travis helped me. He was great. He kept me updated on the progress and explained everything perfect. Had a problem they didn’t have time to address and told me what we needed to do until we could get it back in on his next visit home. A very good experience and i highly recommend Travis if you take your vehicle in.”

“I’d gotten a tire replaced here a month ago after the ice storm, I had a warranty on the tire and this Monday I busted that tire hitting a curb (oops). I originally called the Walmart closer to my house (Winchester) and they told me I had to order my tire online yet Raven, the manager at Collierville had ordered it for me and shipped it to the store just a month prior. So I did what they said and had it shipped. It came in around 4pm on Wednesday. I zoomed home and called Collierville to see if they could squeeze me in cause at this point it was almost 5pm. Raven worked to get me in and get my tire fixed. Everything was going fine until it came to the warranty and refund. Ms. Matilda, Ms. Melanie, Terrance and two other gentlemen whose names I didn’t get, were BEYOND helpful! They really went above and beyond for me to work out the issues with the warranty and make sure I was taken care of and everything was done properly. At the end of the day I only spent $48! They were all so kind and patient staying well after the auto center had closed to make sure everything was done correctly. Not sure if it’s Walmarts training (doubt it) or if this group happened to be some of the nicest people I’d never encountered but it was a 10/10 experience. Their costumer service was amazing and I truly appreciate everything they did for me that evening. Thanks again to Ms. Melanie, Ms. Matilda, Terrance and the other two guys! Y’all were great!Service: Tires”
