“Took my bronco sport in today to see if an axle or CV was cracked due to an occasional thud noise I had been feeling. They were able to hear the noise but couldn’t see or detect any problem underneath. When I picked up my car, the price given to me was beyond generous. I fully expected to pay more for taking their time to try to diagnose. I won’t disclose the price I paid for the owner’s sake but it was enough to make me go back if I ever need future repairs or diagnostics. The timeframe they gave my also was honest and on time. Highly recommended.”

I made an appointment to come see him the next day he had everything ready. The car was waiting, we drove it around and I fell in love, some more even though I didn’t think it was possible, with the car that is lol . He was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was great there. “i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”
