Last week i left two at autozone and two ay oreily in collierville autozone charged them within two hours while the other two remai ed at oreily for seven day and they did not charge it. What is worse with oreily is that it is disrespectful and mean and misleading. They asvertise they chargw batteries which they never do and perhaps they do for some and not for others as only the employees do not represent Ll sections of the comkunity black bispa i or others. On the contrary autozone is represented by all sections of the community. The elderly man who served me today around six was very respectful cooperative and informative u like the your chap louis a d another white lasy at ofeily who dispised me”

“Attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially once the manager stopped interupting to push him to go outside to help some other guest who came in after I had. I was only there for about 10 minutes total but had some questions so I could get the correct parts. He looked at my engine and confirmed what I needed and shared very helpful information on installation. Spent around $200 and it was well worth it to save me what would have been much more in labor and parts if a mechanic did the work! Thanks O'Reilly's”

To wit: I telephoned their shop, an employee immediately answered the phone, I asked if they had what I needed in stock, then they checked their shelves, and thereby verified the item. I then drove to their store, parked in the ample parking lot, entered the building, selected and paid for what I needed. It's too bad that such basics aren't de rigueur at all businesses. I'm not that terribly difficult to please. I just want to be treated like a valued customer, is all.”

4605 S Houston Levee Rd, Collierville“i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”
