My favorite ATC location. Nice and bigI do wish there was more equipment because they have extra space. They are in dire need of another dumbbell area. And maybe another squat rack. The 4 benches are usually used for other exercises because they aren't used for bench presses.The staff has always been kind to me. So, I'm not sure what those old reviews were saying. Maybe it's a new team now? Just wipe after yourself and rerack your weights, and they shouldn't say anything to you.I just wish they wouldn't do things like mop and vacuum during the busy hours. It's already busy then you start to feel like you are in the way when they start cleaning around you.

ATC fitness is run by crooks. I am moving out of state and they are forcing me to pay my monthly fee and annual fee for next month even though I will be moving and am trying to cancel before my next monthly payment. Scam artists, go to ESPORTA instead.

Just joined and seems ok. The equipment is decent and in good repair. Sometimes hard to get equipment because the gym etiquette seems to be lacking compared to gyms where serious lifters are. People in groups of two or three camp out on equipment all the time.

This is going to sound weird but I don't like the weight lifters grunting. They didn't allow that at another gym I was a member of and now I know why. It's annoying. And seriously dude if you gotta grunt that loud lighten up your load ?

Big space with limited equipment, no shoulder press bench, only 1 leg press, extension, and curl. NO hack squat. Fill the space with equipment and move to 5 stars!

There is a lot of equipment and a lot of room. You don't feel crowded even when it's busy.

I am active duty military and was in town for a few days, but didn't want to miss my workouts. I called ATC and spoke with Bishop and he was so incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. He helped me out so I could workout the 2 days I was here at a much more affordable price than Esporta. It is awesome to find military-supportive businesses here because when I have come back to visit family in the past, I have had trouble finding businesses that will help me. I highly recommend ATC collierville and think their new location is a huge upgrade!

Do not get a membership here! Waste of time and money ( that they will continue to charge you even after you say you want to close membership) rude rude rude employees. All of the employees I encountered were immature high school aged children who were too busy texting and watching videos to assist with anything else. I tried 3 different ATC locations, Arlington was the absolute worst and Lakeland close behind it. The Collierville location was just as bad. I switched to Esporta and have been to 4 different locations with zero problems at any. They have the nicest, cleanest facilities with friendly employees. Don't waste your time at ATC

This is a great gym. The staff are always friendly and ready to answer questions. The equipment is fairly new and in great shape. There is plenty of equipment and of a great variety. The gym has plenty of room and patrons are respectful of one another. Air flow is good and the equipment is cleaned frequently. The monthly membership is a bargain. Give it a try. I think you will like it as your new gym.

A great gym that is 24hrs,very affordable,has many locations,tanning beds and hydro massage machines.Crowds vary on days.Going past 9pm is usually a safe bet for avoiding crowds.

Zero stars would be more accurate. The manager What a joke he is, as are the other 3 very strange male workers. They are rude and racist! This gym is for kids, run by kids (incompetent ones at that) the equipment itself is ok but dirty. The bathrooms are the same, shower takes forever for hot water. If you are above the age of 17 find a real gym this place is crawling with kids on their phones not paying attention to customers and other kids hogging machines not even using them just sitting around texting. I had to wait on two kids to move from the machine they was, in their words “ just chilling on” for 20 minutes. Staff doesn’t care they all know each other. This place is just pitiful I’ve tried 5 different locations they are all TERRIBLE! I switched to Esporta and the difference is remarkable! Nice clean gym without people just hanging around playing on machines, friendly staff always! Clean gym, clean showers and bathrooms. Plus they offer so much more! Trainers, classes, a pool, a sauna and best of all piece of mind to workout in PEACE. Do not waste your time or money at ATC any of them!

I’m very satisfied with this gym. It’s not a Lifetime Fitness and I LOVE that. Everyone is serious about their workouts, it’s fully equipped, clean, and very helpful staff. I enjoy the 24 hours access and spaciousness.

Spacious, clean and never too crowded. They have 3 squat tracks and a Smith machine, lots of cable machines and cybex machines--all of which are operable, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend.
