collierville location messed my order up twice. on top of poor Communication , its not worth the “affordable” glasses. I'm going back to my eye doctor, even though its further away. At least they’re professional and do not hang up on clients.

Nice people, friendly staff, but when my new glasses arrived at the store, the bifocals were placed in the center of the lenses. I'm still waiting another 7 to 10 days to receive a corrected pair.

Extremely pleasant greeting upon entering. Very efficient process from determining insurance to selection of frames, fitting and option selections. All staff were welcoming and displayed excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend America's Best.

My experience with America’s Best overall was good. Exceptional service when I purchased the. Glasses. When I picked up the sunglasses I was handed the sunglasses no checking, or adjusting of the glasses was performed.

I have called three different times to check on my contacts, I have been told 3 different things. I am currently on hold (15 minutes) to talk to the manager. The gentleman that answered this morning said he was going to track the package, 2 hours later he had not called. I just called back and they said "well he won't be back until Wednesday". I explained my problem and the girl could have said "can I help you" but she did not.
