“Today I went to my local Food city, which I shop at regularly. I went to get a card, chocolate and some flowers for my wife. I picked out a nice Rose arrangement, that I thought was pretty. I took it to my wife's work, with a lunch for her and surprised her with her co-workers. The arrangement was in a bag, and when I took it out of the bag, most of the greenery was falling off the arrangement, and the vase had only a little water left in it. It was quite embarrassing. I took a couple pics, and went by on the way home and spoke to Miko. She went above and beyond to help. She refunded my arrangement, and went over and selected another one that was almost like it, and more fresh and gave it with her compliments, and she apologized. WOW...I wasn't expecting it. I was hoping for just a refund, and Miko went the extra mile. I gave a her a big hug as I left.”

“Easy friendly banking. Always a nice hello and helpful staff. I have my home mortgage through them. They also wave 5 out if area debit card transactions since they are not as many as other banks.”
