At checkout they accidentally left one of those long pieces of security devices in the pocket of the pair of pants I purchased. When the alarm went off at the front door the salesperson came quickly, as I waited there, she promptly insulted me & said I had put jewelry in my purse or in the pockets of the clothes, I opened my purse for her to see, as she searched the bag & 4 items I purchased, and there it was, the security tab in the pocket where they had dropped it! Their error but they insultedme, and never said they were sorry!! Never going back!!

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude staff. Incompetent employees at the Ooltewah/Collegedale location. I enjoy Cato Fashions, but will never shop at this particular location again. There are many more locations in the Chattanooga area with friendly, helpful staff to choose from.
