I had the good fortune of working with Chris and Kelly Phillips from Dec. 2022-Feb 2023. As an out of state executor, the Phillips team was extraordinalry helpful at looking at all my options for selling my cousins home in TN. He helped me explore pro/con of MSL, auction, flippers and auction for content. It was amazing the options available and his willing and patience in helping me make the best decisions for beneficiaries. Note: I did go with Chris and MSL and IT WAS SO WORTH IT! There was not pressure from the Phillips team...just information and kindness! He also provided rvaluable information for home clean out by P's & Q's. The experience we had with Chris for the purchase of our lake home was amazing! Chris went above and beyond to advocate for our request. He checked on the property during the construction phase, even when we could not attend. He met with us and the builder for each walk-thru appointment. He was always available to answer questions or address any concerns we had. We could not have asked for a more personal experience! Love Chris!! He helped my Nana find a house and was very patient. Then he was recommended for me. Her process took a lot longer than mine but the first house he found for me was perfect. He is honest, very responsive, and willing to help in every aspect. He will speak up for you and be there for you with anything you need. He has become a friend!!

Chris helped us find our new home while we were moving from out of state. He made the process so smooth for us. We came into some issues with our lender, and Chris went to bat for us. He was there for us emotionally and truly became a friend to our family. He came highly recommended from a good friend of ours and we got to experience just how great he was for ourselves. Chris did an outstanding job on both the sale and purchase of our homes. He was able to sell our home in ONLY 4 DAYS!! And at full list price. The whole process of selling and buying was made easy because of his assistance and communication in the whole process. Chris was able to refer some wonderful movers and painters to us as well. Chris is the type of real estate agent that has his client's best interest at heart. We never felt pressured into anything. His referrals were high quality as well.
