Tower employees allowed a vindictive ex to close my personal accounts when they had no authority to do so. Only my name was on my checking and savings account. Left me over four days without access to my bank account and the money I worked hard for. They then charged me overdraft fees that they have not refunded. My cell phone and internet was cut off because my bills was due to Tower shutting off my debit card. Terrible service! I called over ten times to get someone to help me and was told they would call me back and noone ever did. I had to take off work to go to the bank in Monteagle to get answers and their mistake corrected. I have left messages and emails for the bank manager and still nothing has been done to refund me the money their mistake has cost.

Absolutely love the service from the ITM's every time I go through. Always love the smiling faces inside and the energetic personalities I receive through the drive through! I hope this bank is around for a long time. I can't imagine having to go back to using any of the other banks in the area!!!

The atm system is always down when you give up and go in they are greatly under staffed if it wasn't for the hassle of changing my direct deposit I would have already left all that trouble so they could eliminate jobs. I have had an account with them for 20 years not much longer as soon as I get time I'm going elsewhere with my buisness.

Terrible customer service. Call their customer service line, the same lady that always answers, “Paulette†is always extremely rude and unwilling to help. I thought going with a local bank would be better than a national bank as they should build better relationships with their clients. Not the case with this bank. They don't work with you when it comes to hardships, and don't ever threaten to close an account with them because if you do then they'll just shut off your debit card so you cannot use it anymore then try to charge you $10 for another. Avoid this bank at all cost!

I had a fraudulent charge to my account from Advance Financial and it put my account into the red..but the amount charged was not paid so my account went back into the black..yet I was still charged a 35 dollar fee. I could not get this reversed and I got upset with Angie on Friday while I was dealing with another difficult situation.
