I had a great experience at NAPA/Darrell's and would highly recommend taking your business here. I went there for the first time in need of an atypical repair and wasn't sure if it was within their scope of service. They were willing to do the repair and really went above and beyond to help me. Here's a (verbose - sorry for that!) summary of my experience and what really stood out:*Friendly and Knowledgable Customer ServiceI called to ask first if they could do my repair. I was surprised/relieved when the woman I'd spoken with immediately knew that they could help and gave me a friendly invite to come on by. It was nice that I didn't have to go into a detailed explanation or wait for her to check with anyone. 20 second phone call, easy peasy.*Excellent, Reliable Repairs and Friendly, Skilled Service TeamI didn't have to wait. They helped me out right away and finished the repairs quickly. I met the guys working on my machine - friendly, focused, and fast. I was impressed with their work as they were the !!!only ones!!! I'd found with the knowledge and skills to do the repair. Thankfully they got it running again!!!*Fair Pricing and TrustworthyI very much appreciated that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The cost was more than fair and lower than I'd expected. I get the impression they do their best in general to charge folks fairly.*Awesome People!As I was checking out, I had a really nice conversation with the woman at the front counter (I'm sorry, I should have gotten your name!). It's refreshing when someone treats you like a person instead of a transaction, and it makes a big difference.I left happy (obviously) and grateful for the high-quality service I'd received. This is where I will be bringing my business in the future and recommending to others for auto parts/service.Thank you all so much for your help!

I will never use this place again. The mechanics are either not competent, or are just plain lazy. They couldn't seem to figure out a simple issue. They were rude and gave constant attitude. I do not recommend this place if your car needs more than an oil change.

Don't know how so many are giving 4-5 stars. Must've been a better day for them. I was scheduled a specific appointment time and date a couple weeks in advance to get some work done on my car. Asked when they thought it would be done and was told should be same day. I dropped my car off at the appt time as directed. I left my car unlocked (because it was supposedly going to be done that day) and after not hearing from them all day, I drove by a couple hours after they closed and my car hadn't moved. I figured I better check my doors to make sure someone locked them before closing and they weren't locked ! I called the next day and they said it'd be done that day, nope. By day 4 I just went and told them to give me my keys that I had to have my car back and was told that they had 2 cars up on the 2 lifts that they didn't have parts for is why mine wasn't done. Why would u put a car on the rack that you didn't even have parts for to start with is perplexing to me ! Poor customer service and poor communication.

WORSE SHOP EVER!!! In all my life I have never seen or dealt with such rude and inexperienced individuals in my life. Paid to have transmission work done but transmission is still leaking just as bad as the day I took it in. After all the work they put my truck back together then decided to tell me I needed torque converter and they were going to charge me again. That's all fine and dandy and I was willing to do that so I ordered the torque converter and when I went to go pay once again to have my truck fixed they told me that I needed to take it somewhere else because they did not want to put it back on the rack again even though I was paying labor price for the second time. On top of that after ordering the parts then they proceed to tell me they wasn't for sure if that was what was wrong that they didn't know and didn't care. Unless it is a minor repair STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR A** FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND!!
