After standing for about 10 min I finally got J.J.s attention he was obviously put off and frustrated that a customer wanted food acting like I was an inconvenience. That's not the bad part he then proceeded to say "what do you want" and not like can I help you. Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on customers.

I have never had any problems. I have been going there for 10yrs. They are very nice and polite. Ashley is so very sweet also.

Worst pharmacy ever getting ahold of them is impossible had an emergency situation and I called 3 separate times and let it ring approximately 40 times each call no answer no hold on they could care less .If there were negative I would give them -5

Bethany at this pharmacy is AWESOME!! I live in Atlanta and my Dad lives in Norris and Bethany is so sweet and caring and takes good care of him when I am not in town. She talks to me on the phone when needed and just goes the extra mile. People like her make the world a better place. Thank you Bethany and this entire pharmacy!

This pharmacy is the absolute slowest place I have ever went to. The drive thru is a mess I sat for 20 mins after pushing the button before someone answered. It's ridiculous I hate coming here period but I have to to get my medicine but I have NEVER EVER seen a place this slow. The employees act like they could care less. I have NEVER had to wait like this. Today is the LAST DAY FOR ME I have decided to change pharmacy

Sick folks are grumpy and inpatient I'm one of them very sick person and or their family membersSome people you just can not satisfy but if you want cheap meds and good service you may have to wait those are people that's behind that glass and they fill so many as many as 400. On slow day per person prescriptions per day and they can't help that they may run out of a popular meds if Wal-Mart's supplier is Slow or on back order .your at a department store trying to get health care products for cheap but most of these online reviews are going to be negative in nature ...i know one of the employee that's poured her whole heart into that place and not appropriated life is hard deal with it and stop complaining. Good day

I used them for years with no change in how efficient the pharmacy was ran. Everyone is nice but it takes an act of congress to get them to answer the phone and the wait times in store and drive thru is ridiculous. I switched to walgreens just down the road and was treated like royalty. Best thing i have ever done

i wish i could give zero feedback about this pharmacy,i am an old women who can not move who have lots of medications,whenever i call this pharmacy it let me stay for 1 hour, 2 hour wait with no answer and finally i had to close the phone because they can let me wait forever and nobody pick up the phone and help me,very poor customer service,no anybody in the pharmacy to pick up the phone and help me,very frustrated, piece of trash pharmacy.....

After years of disappointing customer service I finally made the decision to switch pharmacies when this Walmart made a $586 mistake that took me seven months to get straightened out. I made the switch to Walgreens right down the street and couldn't be happier.

Horrible staff, no communication, been told for a week that my husbands medication would be available and it still is not, we will be using a different pharmacy. Instead of telling us it would be ready just apologize and say I'm so sorry it's on back order and we do not know when it will be in, so then we can go and talk to his doctor and see if she can prescribe him something else.
