Went in today for a few things and was helped by Carol. She knew EXACTLY where everything was located and was very friendly. People like Carol are what make places like this worth shopping at. She has a careers’ worth of knowledge and experience that you don’t often find anymore, and it’s invaluable.

My husband and I went to buy 2 gallons of paint for our deck. We PLAINLY told the woman we wanted paint NOT stain. We told her wanted a medium to dark gray color, picked the color in type she said it Had to be then she couldn't get the computer to go to the color we picked and asked another guy for help. Basically we wound up with 2 gallons of stain Not paint that is Black not gray. My husband tried to take back the stain to get paint instead and the woman told him couldn't take it back since the color had to be mixed. Everything has to be color mixed in the store because all they have is the base colors in the store. Basically we have 2 gallons of black stain that we can't use and cost like $124.00. Terrible experience at their store, will never go back and will advise others not to as well.

Great place. Everyone is very helpful and unlike Lowes or Home Depot these people actually know what they are doing and what will work and won’t work when asking for help with a project.

Don't go here unless you're a local regular or have incredible patience as the woman who runs the store is very rude to new faces. Their selection is very good and includes bicycle accessories but good luck buying what you actually want or need as the owner always knows better... Over all a very frustrating experience.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly, very helpful, and in general a very wide variety of tools and supplies for just about any job you can imagine
