Since the Fox Family sold the dealership, the service department has become an upselling machine. I have to drive about 60 miles round trip here to keep my unlimited power train warranty intact with Fox/Toyota. Otherwise, I'd skip Fox now. They always come up with something extra that needs to be done. I have been buying cars here since 1996 and having service performed here since then. But things have changed. The service is still good but the upselling needs to stop. This last time it was an air cabin filter and engine filter that needed to be replaced and two rear light bulbs. The bulbs are definitely out. The cabin filter was just replaced 10,000 miles ago. I would have expected to see where the mechanic opened the engine air filter compartment to inspect it but there was no evidence of that. When I opened it and inspected the filter, the filter was clean! So was the cabin filter. Very dissappointed in them for this. I think they may have said it was time for the filters to be replaced, meaning going by the mileage you should replace them. Not that they were dirty and needed to be replaced. Shame on them for that!

We finally hit our first 5000 miles on our 2023 4Runner as we were on our way to Fox Toyota for our first service on it. Thank you Chris G. Our service representative for taking good care of us. Thank you to the team for all of the services that we requested and the regular service that came with the first 5000 miles. And it was great seeing some of the first people we met when we made our purchase in October 2023. We love our 4Runner. Thank you Fox Toyota.

This was my First experience for regular maintenance. I was told when I arrived it'd be 1 1/2 hrs. It ended up being 2 hrs and 10 mins!!! Absolutely ridiculous when you can go to an oil change place and be out in 15-20 mins! NOT a good 1st experience!!!

My daughter and I were heading out of Knoxville for an extended weekend when an engine light came on. Fox Toyota was the closest dealer so we set the navigation beacon to their service department. They got us in right away, identified the problem in short order, corrected it and sent us on our way for a minimal charge with free bottles of water ;-). These folks take care of their Toyota owners. Very grateful.

They absolutely saved us. We had our oil plug drop out of the car in the middle of a 9 hr drive. They were able to do emergency service on my Honda and get us back on the road in 2 hours. Chris Glafenhein and his team documented everything for me and got us back on the road. I can't thank them enough.

This is the absolute slowest place I have ever been to, you might have 2 people helping and then you got 10 walking around with coffee in their hand doing nothing and we sat for hours, MY SUGGESTION and this is only MY OPINION is go to Secret City in Oak Ridge you will get great service and won't have to wait for hours.
