This is the only shop I go to in all of Knoxville and I make sure to go when Josh is there, he's incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating always very patient when I'm being indecisive and makes sure I have products that I will be happy with long term! There's not many people in the vape shops that still remember and can talk about current and past products. Very difficult to find anyone with that kind of long term education about the industry! I hope he's with TN Vapor Factory for a long time!

I’ll never be back to the store. I’ve been in there at least 50 times and interacted with the odd long haired dude at least 20 of those times. My husband drove me today and I went in to get the same thing I always get. He ID’d me for the FIRST time EVER and due to me not driving I did not bring my purse. I had my husband go in to get it because he had his ID on him, and he was going to purchase an item for himself and he wouldn’t sell him anything and was basically laughing about it. I spend at least $200 a month there and I will now drive to Knoxville to pick up my stuff from a completely different company. To refuse to sell to people that you’ve sold to more times that you can count, especially when my husband had his ID is ignorant. I guess he was having a bad day. But you’ve lost our business and respect.

I am truck driver when I have a delivery near by the shop I always stop there to receive my product that many other vape shop don't have they always stock with customers satisfaction there's a young man that work there always have a great attitude and customer friendly I recommend this place to anybody that's looking for great services on what you need

Super place,better than all the ones I've visited thru the years,cheaper big bottles of juice than other nearby stores.please open up at least 1 day a week at 8 or 9 as 3rd shift ppl can't hang around in a parking lot for 4 hours waiting,and some of us prefer to spend our weekends not shopping but enjoying the great outdoors
