The owner and their staff are amazing people, with big hearts and amazing characters. They keep the hotel clean and safe. They go out of their way to be kind and are understanding. Very professional and well kept.

Update from April 22, 2024
My Sister nephew and Mother have been at this location since April 22, and even other family members have stayed a few weeks as well. As I stated in my previous post, how wonderful the stay has been for them. Since they are waiting on housing, this property has become like a second home. The owner AK along with his parents and of course Taylor have been so warm and welcoming. This location is perfect, my sister and nephew walks to work each day, every fast food restaurant is within walking distance. So convenient and safe the price is affordable especially for long term guests.
The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and safe. Perfect for a weekend stay, close to 75/south north 15mins to Knoxville, 30 mins to Dollywood Gatlinburg, 12 to Oak ridge lakes and other outdoor activities for your family. My sister signed up for the Redi rewards, to receive points for free nights, (5 so far) any problems or issues the owners are quick to respond. :)

My Sis and mother had a emergency situation and needed a room asap. I was able to call Corporate for a quick lower rate which helped tremendously. Unfortunately we had to extend the stay for 14 days. Taylor the front desk receptionist, has been beyond wonderful ! She has assisted me with taking care of the bill and finally we were able to secure. Additional funds. Thru a local agency. Everyone has been wonderful and kind to us. Great location my sister was able to walk to every food location ! Subway. Firehouse. Wendy's. Walmart. Buddy's Taco Bell mcD. Waffle house. Dunkin Donuts. Bojangles Arby' BP gas and local convenience stores. So fortunate to have found this Red roof property

Terrible. Checked in late didn't examine room till morning.
Dirty. Lots of dead bugs under bed around headboard.
Gross. Bathroom floor was hairy.
Uncomfortable. Mattress was completely split along the side and found out most of the inside was gone. Was hid well by sheets. Not comfortable but we were so exhausted we didn't notice till morning. Now our backs were very sore after this bed.
Not Safe? Outside were some broken down vehicles makes you feel uncomfortable, like it's not a safe place.
Unfriendly. Contacted management and they offered us their silly points to join their travel club like we had actually enjoyed our stay, not a refund or partial refund. If you go there just check on the room before you pay. If you pay first you might not get a refund or room exchange.
Hopefully management will take this seriously.

Rooms: Needs many repairs. Smoke detector missing, bare wires. Overall not clean. Stained linens. Floor dirty.

This hotel needs alot of work we stayed in a handicap room No bars on shower the shower chair was broken uneasy. Tv remote batteries were held in with scotch tape the front door was not hung right you could see light on top and sides outside and inside door was not easy for mobility scooter to get over need leveling on side walk right outside door. The vending ice machine was broken. Woke up to screaming at 3:00 am and 5 am called front office lady said she was trying to get a handle on it she needed. help obviously
That was it we left next morning told the front desk Also we checked in at 4:30 pm and the front doors were locked had to sign in through a window. Really 4:30 in the afternoon? Heard from owner that day and he said he would return one day with a check then spoke to him next day and he said return with a walmart card. Well we’ll see it when we see it.

I walked into the lobby and spoke with a gentleman about checking in early he calls someone and speaks a different language and says sorry buddy no room ready I said dang that sux and he proceeded to get angry with me yelling asking me what suxs I said that the room wasn't ready so he said I will not even give you a room here go somewhere else I told the gentleman I had already paid online and he said he didn't care then told me to leave now I ask for his name and he told me it did not matter so I called the redroof complaint line and had them to cancel my reservation.. but the gentleman needs a reality check he does not need to speak to people the way he did me.. I would not let my son stay there I do not recommend this place to anyone

i will never stay here again. my boyfriend got bedbug bites, and also a spider bite. I was work up early in the morning accused of smoking marijuana but when we check into the room it reeked of marijuana and there were dryer sheet in the vents and they staff actually called me down to the frown deck then we walked back up and HE WALKED IN MY ROOM but he found nothing the house keeper comes to your room smoking a cigarette. The sheets has cigarette burns in them there were roaches running around in my room and i asked for a clean towel my 2nd day there and the housekeeper gave me 2 dirty towels and told me they were dirty as he handed them to me.
