I highly recommend Pit Stop Auto Repair for any Automotive repairs and maintenance. These guys are honest and really know their stuff when it comes to cars. I took my 2018 chevy equinox in for a 90k mile maintenance check and they found a small oil leak that I had no idea my car had. Which ended up being covered by my chevy warranty. Even though they were aware that I had a warranty on that car they still took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and make me aware of the issue even though they knew they would not make any money off of the repair because of the warranty I had.
I also was pretty sure it was time for me to have my brakes done and they also informed me that my brakes were still good and did not try to push a $700 brake job on me when my car didnt need them yet. I will never take my cars anywhere else but pit stop auto repair!!!

Mark and the team at Pit Stop Auto Repair are AWESOME! I've been battling a P0174 lean code on bank 2 for almost a year without a resolution. I've worked on the issue myself until I reached the limit of my skill and resources and then started taking it to multiple shops to try and idendify the source of the problem. Pit Stop was my 5th and final stop to get the issue resolved! My issue is finally fixed! Mark and his team were friendly, professional and extremely attentive to my input on what had been done/tested and the results up to this point. They were extremely generous with their time and listened carefully to my input on results of previous testing and troubleshooting. They were dialed in and determined to find the isuue....and they did! I want to stress that my issues were extremely non standard and no other shop was able to diagnose the issue. Long story short, the O2 sensors (4 of them) were all wired incorrectly causing havoc with the PCM and fuel management system. Mark was able to idendify and correct these issues. This was not a quick or easy diagnosis and required a lot of back and forth communication and dialog between myself and Mark. Mark always made himself available to discuss the progress, what had been tested and next steps...always professional and friendly.
5? customer service...a lost art this day and age. What a refreshing surprise. Highly recommend!

Mark is great. He has a great shop, he is honest and will explain to you what your car problem is in a way you understand. He has always worked me in, even for minor tire patches. I will always go to his shop for my needs.

I've met most of his family through the business and I like the family vibes! They are genuine and only do what is necessary! I can't say enough for this group of people, mark and Eric are both amazing. I'm use to be one of those guys that did everything myself and never trusted a mechanic to touch any of my vehicles until now. I can honestly say this is the only shop I will ever use or trust for anything.

Broke down on I 75 trying to get to Florida. Had vehicle towed here. Owner did a phenomenal job diagnosing and communicating repairs needed while I continued to Florida in a rental. He was honest, friendly, reasonably priced, accurate, and timely. Picked car up on way back through and it's running like a champ.
