The owner is very knowledgeable about jewelry and the staff always makes customers feel very welcome. Whether you are looking for a special piece of jewelry, looking to design a new piece or getting a treasured heirloom restored this is the place to go. I have done all 3 at Karen’s. It’s so nice to shop at a local neighborhood store rather than a big box jewelry store. I have found a big difference. Can’t think of any reason to go someplace else!”
