Very rude when I did talk to them and somebody was told just to hang up on me I'll go somewhere else. Then we I did talk to them I got talked to like an idiot I'll take my business somewhere else and I tell everyone to go there but I want do that anymore u can't get any ruder on the phone and then tell his guy to hang up on me when I'm trying to give u business id rather pay more somewhere else i want be back and this isn't the first time just the first time it's really pissed me off and I've gave a review cause I don't try to hurt anybody business

Don’t recommend at all. I called and asked for a used tire they said they have it and it would be $50 but when I got there after they already started the work he says it’s going to be $65 dollars actually and the tire they gave me had a huge hole in it on the outer tread by the sidewall. Hope the old feller needed that extra $15 bad enough to do somebody dirty for.

This place is great, I've been there 2x for flat tires and they took care of me fast. No come back later or it will be an hour. I support local business especially here.

Do not use JR tire in Clinton. They are rude and do not stand behind their work! I purchased 4 new tires from Amazon and had them put them on. Left there and my car was making a awful noise from the rear end and shook over 55 mph so I had my dad take it back as I was on my lunch break. JR took back tire off and said couldn’t find any rocks in the tire. They didn’t know what it was….Well the back two tires weren’t balanced! One tire had no weight on it and the other tire had the same weight in the same spot. I couldn’t drive over 55 mph it starts shaking.This is why they make sure you bring cash!I didn’t want to have to make this post as I know they are a small business, however I work hard for my money and they did not balance my back two tires I had to take it to Bingham Tire and they rebalanced all 4 and I had to pay $50 more dollars after paying $100 at JR tire on Clinch Ave to mount and balance my tires. When I called them today just to let them know what the problem was, he just hung up the phone. I had not ask for a dime of my money back yet; he just hung up. So If you want someone to stand behind their mistakes, don’t go to JR tire

The staff is always prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Mechanic work is cheaper than any other garage I have used. I will always use them, and I definitely recommend them!
