Took 29 days to repair a bumper!!!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! Would not recommend taking a vehicle to this place for repair!!! NEVER AGAIN! Definitely do not recommend!!!

They sell lemons and refuse to work on stuff they sell. If you can get them to actually diagnose and fix something, it'll take a month at least of them keeping your vehicle and not telling you anything Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is not independent of GM.

We had car trouble on our way from Indiana to Pigeon Forge for vacation and had to call Rusty Wallace Chevy to help us diagnose the problem. Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism. I'm glad they were place we called!

This was by far the worst dealership I’ve ever walked into no competent salesman apparently and they definitely know nothing about taking care of the customers at their establishment. My wife and I called the dealership specifically wanting a certain vehicle. We told this salesman to book our appointment to run the numbers and do we need to put a deposit down on it. The salesman Clay Foust told us that we were the first booked to see it on appointment and it wouldn’t be necessary. We went to the dealership only to find out Clay had already sat down with another customer to run the numbers and decided he was goin to have us wait and see if the new buyer could purchase the vehicle. Thank you Clay for being the two faced crook of a salesman you are and working for a no count dealership that turns their back on their customers and doesn’t follow policies. You’ve made me a stay away customer for life and I really will enjoy telling all the people in Clinton about your practices. Needless to say if this dealership was selling the the secret to eternal life I’d still choose not to purchase it especially from Clay Foust.

I've been in the Chevy family for a long time. I had the pleasure of talking to Clay Foust having him answer questions about how to get my SUV appraised for a trade up. He was extremely helpful and also sent me link showing the SUVs he had in stock so I could get a head start on deciding. Buying a new vehicle is always stressful, but Clay's personality and patience really helped keep me at ease. I can't help but credit Shannon the GM for hiring such great employees & also helping crunch numbers on such a great deal!

This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. The salesmen were very helpful. They didn’t try to get us to buy something we’d didn’t want. We told them what we wanted and payment range and that’s what we got. The service department is wonderful too.

I’m not guna lie, first couple of days I thought they were blowing smoke and were just going to rip me. I do almost all of my repairs. But Joe found a part in this shortage and saved me several thousand. I will be back! Thanks joe
