We are new to this area and absolutely love this store and they are so helpful finding what we are looking for and are also so pleasant!!! Recently I was looking for something and the customer service went beyond my expectations to find an item and got the item sent to the store for my purchase!!!! That's what I call GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

It's a Small Town pharmacy in most ways. Most employees are really nice. They know us by name. The down side is the hours. They are okay but not great. They open at 9:00 and with some of the laws that leaves you waiting until 11 for some important prescriptions you can't get till the day of. They close at 7:00 on weekdays 3 on Saturday and Sunday you're just out of luck. If you're going vacation they only have stores in Kentucky Virginia and Tennessee. All that said we can continue to use them year after year and get our shots there because it really is worth it to have the relationship with them.

I am sorry to read an earlier review that was not kind. I do not know this night manager Although I have seen him a couple of times & tried to be friendly but he always seemed unhappy. Sam Turner the day manager is always friendly, very upbeat & helpful. The rest of the staff, I have always found to be helpful & friendly. I'm sorry this other person had such a bad experience.

I have thought for a long time that the FS in Clinton is the worst Food City I have ever been in. The customer service here is BAD. And after tonight, as I witnessed a worn out mother with her 2 hungry children being treated horribly by the acting shift manager of this store (6-16-21) and refusing to give her change back to her after she tried to purchase cigarettes, saying he had to view his camera b4 he could give it to her. And even after she had obviously just spent a lot of money on groceries, as her buggy was full of bags of food. All he really had to do is ask anyone standing in the store because not only myself but a lot of other customers in the store saw exactly what happened. He was talking to her and treating her and her children horribly, for at least a hour. And that was the last straw for me. I will never shop here again and will pass this story on to everyone else i know. Dont shop at this FC if you dont have to! That guy totally should Not be running a store, he dont know how to treat people!

They are so wonderful and very friendly people there! I love food city store place thats why we always go to food city and pharmacy all the times!! they are very nice also they love to learn how to sign language I taught some of them how to sign languages to communicate with deaf people. I'm deafness and my boyfriend Justin is full deaf! That's how I sign to them or write down on the paper to communicate with them..... They are very sweet and cool ppl there.

I am always amazed at how poor the customer service at this store is. Customers are definitely not the priority. Save yourself the aggravation and drive over to Knoxville. Publix runs circles around Food City.
