This place is NOT punctual, professional, nor do they present themselves knowledgeable or capable. They've had my friends car for over 2 weeks and haven't got it fixed. Everytime they call to check on it they're told it will be ready the next day and then it's something else..... They don't seem to know what they're doing or what they're talking about.

I've had my Jeep that needed a few parts & oil changes numerous times to have it worked on. The staff are very knowledgeable, very helpful when it comes down to it getting repairs done correctly. I recommend this repair shop to anyone. I love a garage with Godly folk.

Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 up to Fast Lane as we live about 15 minutes away for an oil change and TJ was awesome to work with. He offered to plug a tire I have a leak in while doing the oil change and ended up plugging 2 tires that needed it. Their prices are wonderful and they’re great people to work with. We were traveling from out of town and needed Emergency Brake Repair. Looked up Fast Lane Auto Repair on Google and it had the kind of reviews I look for. TJ was honest about what needed to be done, checked on parts availability, gave us a fair price and completed the job in an hour. Wish this shop was located closer to home!
