I guess you get what you pay for in this world. The office staff ie., property manager, always seemed to be bothered by my questions. I was happy my lease expired. I will pay more somewhere else, not to be a bother to her.

KUDOS ? and thanks to the maintenance staff for providing supreme quality customer service at Carriage Hill and Carriage Trace Apartments in Clinton, TN! I stayed with a friend while on vacation and was very impressed on how clean and well maintained the common areas were free from trash ? and debris! Way to go!

Maintenance is quick to get repaired Also has 2locations If you have Children go to trace. If you want a Adult area look at Hill rent includes 2 levels of Cab.le at no charge. Check them out. Pools open during summer season to residents and their guest with a pass. The two locations are on Longmire behind Big lots on Seivers
