I dropped my truck off here to get the front suspension kit installed a week ago, 22 AUG 24. They quoted me and I cut the price in half bc I had my own parts/kit. They were pricey but, assured me I would get my military discount. Four days later they said my parts were not the correct ones and they had broke my driver side tire rod attempting to install them. They said they could order parts but, it was hundreds more added to the total.
**Again, they said none of my parts would fit. Then they were going to order all parts for me when I mentioned the sway link bars should be pretty much universal. They backed up and said "oh yeah" we put one of them on the other is fine. Both links were hanging broke and rusted when I dropped it off, 30 year old links ?.
I called multiple times and they said my truck was in the bay being worked on currently. Little did they know I was driving by when calling. Today, 29 AUG 24, I was told this again, "it's in the bay," and showed up after working all night to find it sitting pretty in the parking lot.
I bet these parts fit too and they just wanted to upcharge. When I take it somewhere else I will update this complaint. I work in automotive industry too, right down the street. Thanks for screwing a local vet.

Been here 3 times in the past year. Two patched tires and a used tire due to flats. Did a great job. I am definitely coming here when I have to get 4 new tires.
It does take a while but they are busy so it’s understandable. Most of the time they have people at the door waiting as soon as they open. I personally think that’s a sign that they’re doing something right. There are a lot of tire shops in Clinton that one seems to be the most popular.

Excellent and friendly service. Traveling from Indiana and had a blow out on I-75. Contacted Bingham and they didn’t hesitate to tell use to come on in. Plus didn’t hesitate to change all 4 tires.

I had just returned home from a long vacation and picked up my purr-babies from being boarded. I was so excited to get them home when my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 battery decided to die. I was going to wait for AAA but there was over a 90 minute wait. I was about to cry. I called Bingham Tire and they had a gentleman come jump me off within 20 mins. I followed him to the shop and I did in fact need a new battery. I explained how tired I was and that I just wanted to get my babies home as they've been through enough already. Josh Smith was the gentleman that assisted me at the shop. He was so compassionate and had me in and out in about an hour. I'm not gonna give details on price but he definitely took care of me and its greatly appreciated! I will definitely be back for any car/truck needs in the future! I highly recommend! Very nice, caring, understanding, professional staff!! Kudos!!
