I totaled my 2011 CTS Cadillac Coupe a few weeks ago. I had a lot of other things going on at the time and was unable to spend much money on anything to replace it so I decided to just stick with another CTS coupe. I found one that was 2 years newer with less miles on it in Clinton, TN but it was still a 2013 so 11 years old. I saw in the Carfax that Todd had service the car in 8/2022. He had replaced the rear wheel bearings and rear axial. I called him to ask if he knew any details about it and whether the car had been wrecked or anything like that since I was driving 2.5 hrs from North Carolina to make the purchase. He so graciously offered to check the car out for me before I purchased it. I took it to him he and he put it up on the rack, looked at it really good, checked fluids and drove the car. He assured me that everything was good with the car. Thanks to Todd I felt secure with my purchase. I really appreciate everything he did for me. It really meant a lot and eased my mind. Thank you Todd!

Todd has been working on my cars for years now and has always done so with honesty, integrity and precision, as well as being fairly priced. What means the most to me is that he very often will recommend that I not do something until later, unless it absolutely needs to be done at that time. Like I told him, what he does is a valuable ministry to the community, and an answer to prayer for me. Too many dealerships and auto repair shops in the Knoxville area have tried to mislead me and price gouge me in the past. This will not happen to you at AutoMedic. I highly recommend Todd, Travis and the entire crew at AutoMedic!
