I just had my truck serviced with new tires and breaks and when I told JP and the young lady at the desk I was leaving for a road trip in two days they got the parts and service done the next day and with a smile and a lot of info for me. Their estimate was much lower than another shop and in line with what my research indicated I should expect. They had to do a small tweak after repair and did that at no additional cost and were very helpful in explaining needed repair. “Been here 3 times in the past year. Two patched tires and a used tire due to flats. Did a great job. I am definitely coming here when I have to get 4 new tires.
It does take a while but they are busy so it’s understandable. Most of the time they have people at the door waiting as soon as they open. I personally think that’s a sign that they’re doing something right. There are a lot of tire shops in Clinton that one seems to be the most popular.”

“We had car trouble on our way from Indiana to Pigeon Forge for vacation and had to call Rusty Wallace Chevy to help us diagnose the problem. Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism. I'm glad they were place we called!”
