I went to 108 Tanner place to ask for help with my Wifi password at home. Jason was on top of every question I had and even caught me off guard by advising me of the new Samsung promotion coming up when I stated, just in passing, that I needed to upgrade! He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable! Keep him and give him a raise!

Called on a Friday to see if a device was in stock or if we could have it shipped. We were told that we could get it overnighted and that it would be there by the end of the next day, but to no avail it was not. Normally being a pretty easy going and patient person i just waited until the next day they were open, which was monday. On monday, the device was delivered, but nobody called to let us know it was there as stated before, however it was collected and signed for as I consistently checked the tracking. We go in about two hours after delivery (the product was delivered at 11:30) to show up to the store being completely closed. No signage stating a lunch or departure to another store, only a note stuck to the door from UPS saying that they were unable to deliver packages. The customer service on friday was phenomenal, but having a store be completely closed on a normal weekday (on the generous side of five-seven hours early, especially a monday) is a bit discouraging to the customers of the the authorized retailer.

The customer service at this location is definitely one star. Two different employees hung up on me twice in less than a minute while I was trying to ask about the internet equipment. The Oak Ridge location helped me with my questions.

Went to this store to do a early upgrade on my phone. The guy told me that my phone was to rough to trade in for the early upgrade. So I went to the corporate att store in Knoxville. Walked in asked the lady working there if my phone was to rough to trade in for a early upgrade she said nope it’s fine. I was in and out of the store in less that 15 minutes they even lowered my bill 15 dollars a month. Save your time and drive to turkey creek and do your business

Had to get a phone taken off my plan, Lawrence was excellent!! Took great care of me got the phone switched to another person and helped with all my questions! Highly recommend!

Store Rep was very polite and very knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. He was able to answer all my questions and now we have a plan setup for my upgrade and adding my sister to the account. 10/10 would recommend future customers to him and the Clinton TN store.
