We always get excellent care and concern for our critters. The staff is quick to answer questions and comfort us with information. We really appreciate the service there.

My dog has lived with an ear infection and in misery for months now. Told vet after failed third round of meds i wanted his ear cleaned (so they can see) and examined as i fear something may be in his ear causing this. She just completely ignores that and says his ear didn't need cleaned and gave him an anti itch steroid shot and a 3 week leave in med for his ear. Says we will do it again if it doesn't work. Have WASTED $350 at this place and my dog is suffering. Found out there are zero accredited vets in clinton or oak ridge. Only knox has some accredited clinics. Crazy. UPDATE: called today, vet was 'busy' and couldn't talk. Did not offer to call back at any point in time. So that was probably a lie. Lady at desk kept going back and forth. Only half of my questions were answered. "what exactly did the vet do? Did she go in the ear as far as the infection? Was it clean enough for her to see if there was any stuck debree or polyps or anything? Does she expect ear drum damage?" Those were all left unanswered. Instead, i got told about how she took a small bottle and cleaned his ear. (I never saw her do this but I did see an assistant do what any novice dog owner does at home.) Never elaborated even after asked.if it was external, middle ear or internal ear infection. Was told the second time he was brought in (third round of meds) for a leave in med, it 'looked' clean. I explained it was in fact still audibly sludgy when rubbing his ear and was still oozing. (how could it be clean???) Also said last time she tried to go deep it 'didn't go well.' Not sure if she sucks in general at ears or just my dog is an issue but has this supposed vet never heard of putting a dog to sleep for a bit? They the 'referred' me to a specialist. I had to repeatedly ask what specialists are around and they didn't even actually give a referral. Both places recommended require referrel forms. I also explained how it's terrible that we, a pay check to pay check family with a new baby, have wasted $350 dollars so close to Christmas and my dog has not been helped at all. I got no offer of a refund. Stay away from these quacks. If your pet has suffered malpractice in tn or you feel a vet is negligent or incompetent, this is the place to file complaint:

Cannot recommend because they operated on the wrong leg of my poor dog. Seems crazy I know but it was difficult for my dog to walk around on 2.5 legs because the leg that was injured she was then walking on. She lost trust in all vets.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Will and his staff. My little Lukey had a major issue and needed an Urethrotomy. Dr Will got him in the next day. He showed so much compassion, and I could see his excitement in doing this surgery and saving my boy. Also he was detail oriented and provided awesome communication. If your dog is in need of a vet, I definitely recommend this place.

Shoutout to Dr. Will and Dr. Tara for saving my Storm! ? They’re both so nice and seem to really care. Storm wouldn’t have lived through the weekend without them. Dr. Tara explained things so well and was so compassionate over the phone when updating us and Dr. Will is just an awesome surgeon. You can tell he really enjoys his work. Prices are so much more reasonable than other places and the office staff is so nice!

From the office staff to the vet techs to the vets, our babies have been given the best of care. They work as a team and listen to their patients, both furry and human. Their many kindnesses to patients and rescues go above and beyond, and we feel very thankful to be blessed with their care.
