It won't let me put 0 or I would because that is how much work got done on my truck none after I made a appointment so it would look good on vacation they came out looked at truck and left.

They arrived on time and worked quickly to complete service on my Corvette. Because I show the car I was pretty happy with it's condition but wanted it serviced before foul weather sits in. The service was as advertised. I recommend anyone who desires to see their car/van/truck looking it's best to give this service a try. Absolute trash!! Got a full detail as a gift which cost 250. The service I got was horrible, and I could have done the same quality at a drive through car wash. There were places left totally untouched and dirty. They finished this "detail" in less than an hour so it's no wonder they missed so much. Said something to them about the still dirty places and was told "if we scrub too much, things will fray" which I understand that. However, these places didn't look touched. I informed the gift giver of the situation who contacted them personally and was told that the job was "the best quality" he could give. Sent pictures to him and asked if he would come back to clean the remaining spots. He stated he would not return so he decided to refund 125. Even with the refund of half the cost, the work provided was not worth it. I have attached pictures of after the detail service.
Side note, I have dogs and understand pet hair is tough to come out, but the remaining dirt wasn't even pet hair. Just poor work.

We were so happy with the first detailing job, we had all our cars detailed. The ceramic coating beads up unbelievably....washing the cars is so easy now. We have three dogs and only put them in our Honda Pilot. We call it our "dog car" because the hair covered probably a half inch layer. Tyler and John performed a miracle and that car was ready for a showroom. We are very happy with this company!

We hired this company last year to clean the exterior only on two Van's. They charged $55/van which was fair. We hired them again and made the mistake of not discussing their prices. They charged us $200/van to wash the outside that was it. Their prices are insane steer clear.

I was charged for something this company did not do. They said they did a deep clean with steaming and removing stains from my pet that were very minor but important to me. They charged me $225 to wash, detail and wax a few areas..

I paid for a full interior and exterior detail. I explained that the seats and headliner was the important part to focus on. There’s a big spot above the passenger door that wasn’t touched and the seats aren’t clean either. They didn’t wash it, the trunk door jam and seat belts wasn’t touched, the windows were still dirty, and they didn’t buff it..... at least me and everyone that’s looked at it can’t see any difference in the appearance. All the fine scratches that buffing removes are still there and there’s no difference in the appearance of the paint. At first the seats seamed semi-clean and I was ok with that. But, after a few days whatever they sprayed on the seats dried and it became obvious that the seats hadn’t been actually cleaned. They did a good job on the headrest but the rest of the van is a disappointment. Detailed it definitely wasn’t. It wasn’t clean in many ways. For 250$ I would expect the windows to be clean and they were not. This is my first time using a mobile detailing service and my last. In the past I’ve used drop off and pick up detailing services and have not been disappointed. I will be going back to using those. This van wasn’t terribly dirty and I don’t have unreasonable expectations.Edit: this company is claiming to have not provided me this unsatisfactory service. This was my first and last time using a mobile detailing service. I paid 250$ for my van to cleaned and it wasn't. I asked specifically for them to focus on the headliner and seats. There's a big spot above the passenger door they didn't touch. The seats looked ok at first until whatever they sprayed on them dried. Now the seats don't look like they have been cleaned. All of my windows were still dirty, the trunk door jam and seat belts wasn't touched. They were supposed to buff my vehicle and me and everyone that's looked at it says it doesn't look like it was buffed. My van wasn't that dirty to begin with and the amount of cleaning they done wasn't what I paid for. I paid for a full detail inside and out and the service I received was not that. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and will be using inhouse, drop off detailing services from now on.

I would highly recommend Xtreme details. When I bout my Tahoe the dealership did NOT clean it ugh. They made my car look like it came off the showroom floor. It looks gorgeous.
