“Driving from Ohio to Disney World in Florida, my van decided it needed a rest. Top Tech Automotive in Cleveland, TN, stands out as an excellent repair shop for automotive needs. I found myself in a tough situation when my van started having issues while I was driving. After pulling off the exit on I-75, I ended up in a gas station parking lot where my van completely died. It turned out I needed a new alternator and battery.

Unfortunately, Top Tech Automotive wasn't open on Sundays, which meant I had to wait until Monday to get my van repaired. When we arrived at the shop, my grandchildren shared with the crew that we were on our way to Disney for their first visit. Understanding the urgency, the owner and mechanic of the shop promptly got to work on my van. Once the repairs were completed, we were able to continue our journey, only to hear a strange noise, so I turned around and went back to the shop. The mechanic quickly hopped into my vehicle to investigate the noise I had heard. After listening closely, he concluded that it sounded like a wheel bearing issue.

Without any hesitation, they took my van back into the shop and replaced the wheel bearing. I cannot express enough gratitude to both the owner and the mechanic for making my vehicle a priority. Their prompt service ensured that my grandchild would not miss out on what turned out to be an adventure of a lifetime to Disney.
