I had to use one star to put this review, truth known, it's ZERO!
I had a prepaid account with them for over 7 years! Same account, in MY name. Husband walks in the store to inquire about home internet service. He walks out with internet service and completely new phone service with my phone number and account closed and switched over to the new service
So, let me clarify. Verizon allowed My husband to close my account and open a regular phone account, which I did not want!
When he got home he was unsure of what kind of service it was or what they even did. So I try to call them I was denied access to the account! ?
So let me get the straight....in a country were women get out and March for rights ? ?
Her husband can walk in a place of business and completely hijack her account, then when she tries to get information about it she's completely denied. SMH
Then when I try to switch it back, The old account is closed ?
How do you close somebody's account without their permission, when the bill is paid faithfully every month!
Oh, for more business ? my bad
Then my husband tries to call and switch it back and they charge him another $90 after we already paid our bill a few days ago ?
So I've paid for my service twice this month!!!
I don't know if I've ever been this appalled with a company and its actions in my life!
Verizon, MAKE THIS RIGHT!!! ?

One of my drivers ran over my phone and obliterated it. I went to the local Verizon to see what my options were. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Brandon was super helpful. He even filed my insurance claim for me. I was in and out of the store quickly and had my replacement phone the next day. I was very happy with the service I received! Thank you so much Brandon!!

I went in search of internet service that worked the best for my new town home went in and was helped by Hannah, she was one of the most wonderful sale rep to talk to she really cares about your wants and needs and is for the people and actually got me a deal that was affordable and worked. She is very kind knowledgeable and Charismatic rep in the store! 100% recommend all my friends and family to her !!

Ordered a Verizon Hum. Website said it was plug and play… installed in minutes. Went out to my car and plugged it in. Downloaded app. Got stuck in an endless loop of trying to log in. Walked right back in the store. Was told I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time with 3 people ahead of me despite me initiating my transaction long before anyone in the store. The manager Kurt laughted at me. Said I could wait or return it with a restocking fee. I explained that this was ridiculous and he did not care. Even said “That’s Great” when I mentioned leaving to go to T Mobile after 18 years with Verizon. (This is on video.). All I wanted was for it to work, or a refund for the product that didn’t work that had never even left Verizon property.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

Been in this store a few times. Usually to change billing info. Very professional and curious. Aided in everything I needed and was very satisfied upon leaving. No headaches in doing this.

Went in to get my new phone up and running was told your on your own went to the other store in Cleveland the person there said no problem took phone and in about 5 minutes I was good to go this store has a low rating maybe need to make some changes

The staff is horrific - Tyler, (manager)Sarah, and i dont know the other managers name *(Tiffany)* but shes working right now - the way that they treat customers and talk to them is horrific! The managers whoes name i dont know told a customer “you need my help i dont need yours” because he way “yelling” he wasnt - some people just talk loud and he was upset because of other issues. Dont go to this verizon - drive the extra 20 min to the next closest one.*we are in the process of canceling our service with Verizon because of this store*
