It is 6:45 pm and my mail has not arrived. It is dark outside. Why does the mail arrive so late every day?

They don't answer the phone. I am disabled and i am rarely able to go there in person! It is very aggravating!

Standing in line for 20 minutes with no one at the desk to help on a Monday morning at 11:00!!!! Horrible!!
