I needed to sign for a delivery. A note was left in my box but nobody ever came to the door. Now the package is in outer space and I can't speak to a real person on the phone.

Could care less about your property! They've left packages on the edge of the road by mailbox,and in the rain, cause too lazy to walk 20' to porch. Marked my package delivered last Thursday when I just picked it up at their location today. Manager refused to speak to me face to face and answer my questions.

I drop off packages of things that I’ve sold here. It’s convenient and easy to just drop pre-packaged items off in here. To be sit in line, it does get busy during lunch hour for sure but they try to keep the line going as much as they can.
