They wrote on my mailbox and the one next to mine with permanent paint without asking my permission. My mailbox has stickers on the side that have my house number. This is border line vandalism since they are defacing my property I paid for without my permission.

Waiting for an Amazon package that was out for delivery. End of day get a message that it wasn't deliverable because the front door or driveway wasn't accessible. I live in an apartment complex with no gate. If my front door was blocked then my neighbor and myself wouldn't be able to leave, which we can because it isn't blocked. It's just plan ineptitude and laziness of the postal carrier, but what would expect from a government worker.

When you try to call and reach a human being it’s impossible. The menu does not allow for anything except automation. There is no customer service. You either press one for English or two for Spanish. No one can explain why I do not receive mail deliveries for a few days. And when they do deliver they don’t close the door to the box and it gets rained and soaked. Can’t read the magazines you pay for. Classic government attitude and response.

ok l ordered a gift says on the tracking that it will arrive by December 2, that is today and it's not here no one can help me at the toll-free number they say it's just an estimated day. well this is a gift and why put a day for delivery if u can't get it here on that day? why can't someone tell me where this item is?
