The worst place to go to they have horrible customer service and no return. They are horrible I asked for the feline vaccine twice I asked for two of them and her dog vaccine and I said it twice and they gave me two dog vaccines and a cat vaccine. And when I went to return it, they were very rude and disrespectful and would not give me my money back and wouldn’t even replace it for the other or switch it out . And it was ice cold. Do not recommend the store

Could care less if they sold anything need new employees that care about customers called cs all they said was were sorry this is my second time dealing with David the first time was to get a belt for my lawnmower pointed to the belts and said if we don't have it go to ace hardware instead of saying maybe I could order it for you great customer service

I normally love Tractor Supply but was disappointed by a recent visit. I came in a few weeks ago and bought what I was told were 4 Barred Rock pullets. It turns out that 2 of them are not Barred Rocks at all and are an entirely different breed, potentially even a meat bird or rooster, which would be very disappointing as I was intending to start a flock of laying hens. When I called asking what they could do about the situation I was told there was nothing they could do for me at all. When you’re advertising something for sale and then the customer gets something different than was advertised and then you won’t amend the situation I find that problematic. I’ll definitely be pursuing other routes when I need chickens in the future and I would recommend other people looking for chickens to do the same. I was told they just sell what they receive from the hatchery and so there’s chances of getting the wrong breed/gender, which I wish I’d known in advance since I might’ve wasted my money. I’ve attached a picture of one of the *not* Barred Rock chicks.

I just love walking around this place even if I don’t need anything. The staff is very helpful. They have great dog food too .
