Employees were rude did an alignment charged me an extra 50$ then proceeds to tell me when I pick the car up it’s because I need new tires so the problem is still there and I paid 160$ for an alignment for it to do nothing for my car

These guys are fair priced extremely knowledgeable had a Power Window Motor Regulator go out called other local shops they all said they was closing early some said it would take a week to get to me turn me down not top tech automotive they told me to bring it in and they got the job done I don’t leave many reviews but these guys deserve the 5 stars

DO NOT GO HERE!! Brought my car in for a squeaking noise. They told me it was the serpentine belt. They charged $115 for diagnosis, $115 for labor, $156 for the tensioner and $62 for the belt. $500 later and they failed to let me know that my condenser is broken and my radiator is cracked. Total waste of money when these parts will need to be replaced. If your favorite mechanic is closed, do yourself a favor and wait till the next day. Won't ever take my car here again.
Edit: they called me and admitted that sometimes they misdiagnose vehicles and they didn't realize the squeaking noise was still happening. Basically they didn't diagnose anything but just took my word that maybe it was the serpentine belt because Google said so. The Mechanix that looked at my car said I was definitely taken advantage of and the serpentine belt didn't even need changed!

This place deserves a 5+++ review. A few days ago, my wife was driving by herself 8 hours away from me, heading back home. Her truck broke down on the interstate, and this place was recommended by AAA. My wife was nervous, being so far away, and I felt a bit concerned too, not knowing anything about this repair shop.
However, they went totally above and beyond to help her. They were so kind and professional to her, and got her back on the road in no time. These people know what they are doing and know how to treat people right. I am extremely grateful for their help, and highly, highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. These guys are phenomenal people! I broke down 7 hours away from home and was alone and uneasy. From the moment the tow truck dropped me off and I walked in the door they went out of their way to be kind to me and make me feel safe. Not only that but they called the next morning to make sure I made it home safe! If I lived any where near them they would absolutely be my go to mechanics! Also, it may not matter to some but it was immediate peace to me when I walked in and there were scriptures on the walls and signs to not worry about tomorrow. I’m so grateful God placed these angels in my path for this scary situation. I pray blessings over each and every one you and favor over your business. Thanks again!

Make sure you get second opinions, this place will over charge for parts and labor. Book times are book times for a reason. I was way over charged and the truck was still not right afterwards. Gentleman at front counter seemed bothered that I was asking about my truck and details when I called to pay. If your from out of town go else where!

While traveling through the area, I experienced a serious steering problem.
The issue was promptly corrected, front end realigned and just like that… the problem was solved.

My car was towed here after breaking down on I-75N on 3/18/24 while heading home on our road trip. They weren’t able to look at it immediately once we arrived (since it was around closing time) so we had to wait until the next morning and booked a nearby hotel. Despite this, they were quick to replace the MAF sensor that failed and get us back on the road the next morning.
I really appreciated them picking us up from the hotel once the work was completed (using our car), but I think this depends on availability the staff there.
Parts and labor are warrantied for 24 months for this specific repair, so if this issue comes up again I can take it to another shop in their network and be reimbursed.
Despite having a rough day, my fiancée and I were treated with kindness from start to finish and left Cleveland in a good mood. Thank you for helping us continue our journey home!

Very nice guy who helped us take a piece from under our car that was dragging on our trip to Knoxville. We were in and out in five minutes. Would definitely come back again!
