Another place wanted to charge more than $2000 for some fake problems. Tire Discounters fixed the actual problem causing the leak, and solved several other maintenance issues for far cheaper. They also acted like real people, probably due to a less guilty conscience.

The guys here are wonderful. We were traveling through town when we had issues with our car. Stevie got us in right away. They worked for 8 hours, past closing time on a Friday, on my car. They had us back on the road that evening. Exceptional service and great people.

The products were as advertised and I am very pleased; what I am not pleased with is the service. I made an appointment to have tires put on, etc. I was a few minutes early as that’s the type person I am, however Tire Discounters took over 3 hours to install my tires??? They would come and go while was dispose to be putting my tires on, they took a full lunch break knowing I was in the waiting room. In my opinion, this behavior is inexcusable. I think they are totally disorganized and need supervision. I will never use again.

Wife took her car in to this location in Cleveland,Tn because it was shaking. After looking it over supposably not doing anything but take tires off and look at the brakes. Quoted me a way over priced brake Job I politely declined service wife left coming home and now car makes a very loud squeal when brakes are applied. I hate crooks and this stuff happens along with auto shops. They have no worries an̈d no shame when it comes to selling you a job

Terrible service. Came in for an alignment and waited and hour for them to come out and tell me that my brake like was broken. It was not broken when I parked and had been fine all morning. Quoted me 250$ to replace a peice of metal that was maybe 4 inches long and had to charge more for new fluid as well, they prayed on me because I’m a young kid and didn’t have a parent with me. I was not paying close to 500$ for the alignment and brake work. Dude swore up and down that it was my fault till I had a family member come in and talk it over, then all the sudden he agreed to fix it for free. And to add on top of that the alignment is even more bad then it was when i brought it in. Moral of the story they are scummy people and will charge you out the wazoo if your a younger person.

I have just had my first round of business with Tire Discounters and all went well. The people working there are great to work with, the quality of work must be good. My brakes work just fine and the pricing is fair. I intend to continue all of my service work with them.
