WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I had a drive up order and went to pick it up and let them know through the app I was on my way. While doing so THE APP offered a Starbucks order drive up order as well:)
I put that “im here” and from the start there is a worker outside with items in her hand and she just walks up and says “what’s your code” very rudely and walks off. I immediately understood she’s stressed so I let it pass me by. She comes back with only the order I was originally there for. She very disrespectfully throws my stuff in my vehicle and says very very rude “Next time give us at least 10 minutes to get your Starbucks order,” I was in no rush, no hurry or rude in ANY WAY. As I understand work can be stressful. I was upset and called the store immediately and was basically told it’s my fault she talked to me in that manner!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Lady was a red head, white woman wearing blue jean shorts, red shirt, yellow vest.

Only sell 1 hair relaxer brand and they may only have 1 cashier. I am not a cashier and want to always scan my items especially when I have several items

I have a target circle membership. I tried to enter my phone number on the pin pad but the employee wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have to target app on my phone.He said “Do you have a target membership?” I said “Yes I do.” I went to enter the number and he blocked my hand and said “Do you have the target app?” I said “No I don’t have it on my phone anymore.” He said “Then you don’t have a target circle membership” and hit the cancel button instead of just letting me out my number in.

Call me a Karen if you’d like but this Target is awful. There are so many teenagers running around, screaming, throwing stuff, and putting things where they don’t belong that anyone else’s experience here is terrible! Refrigerated food in the shoes section, all perfume samples completely empty, trash, and things in the aisle. Why does store management allow this to happen?

The pickup area is so dam fast. You park tell the app where you are parked and color of vehicle and there they are. This is the only place that has my covergirl 120 foundation. Walmart doesn't even have it.

Pretty much like the rest of the targets around this great country.... They were out of carts when we tried to visit, my wife wasn't impressed at all with the women's clothing selections

Ordering from the target app was so easy...the pick up at the store was fast with no complications, the customer service clerk was helpful and very friendly...would recommend using the target app and pickup service highly

I was a little offended when a target employee put on a mask before assisting me. I feel more at ease being able to identify whom I am speaking with. Knowing who I am speaking with is a huge part of communicating in my opinion. Use robots next time, instead of humans with masks, less offensive.

Selection is a bit limited but was still able to get most of what I needed. Employee very helpful and friendly. Good selection of Ben & Jerry's non dairy flavors!!
