Usually a good wash... yesterday the air hose outside was not working and one of the vacuums didn't have good suction .. had to turn the vehicle around to get the other side

Jamison was very helpful at the pay station and took the time to go in depth about the different options of washes and was very patient with my questions and my payment. I really appreciated the patience!

Does not live up to the recent reviews….
Car half cleaned at best, floor mat machine broken, vacuums don’t suck that well, tire shine not working. I asked about some tire shine and they said I could drive back through. Why? It didn’t work the first time. I watched and not a single vehicle exiting the tunnel had tire shine. Why not get a bottle and let folks use it, or better yet, do it for them!! The counter person didn’t offer any help or compensation. I guess I’m from an area where people expect to get what they pay for and when they don’t the customer service folks offer a solution. So don’t believe the hype of the good reviews!!

Jason is fantastic!! I was having trouble cleaning bugs off my hood. He jumped in and worked hard to help me clean it. It was hot and he went above and beyond. A great representative for your establishment. This is why I recommend Whistle to all my friends.

John was super helpful with getting the wash I needed for a car that had been parked under a tree. He was partiemt and kind to assist me extra. John’s boss needs to know what an excellent employee he is and that I will be returning to this car wash!
