Never trust this bank. Me and my husband open a joint account back on 2021 that was SunTrust back then, now this Truist come and we kinda forget about the account until we remember it. This month we go to their office to check about it and they said they cannot find the account. And next day we got a call that the money we have was used to charge us for the fees they have because we never used it. Take note they never give us a notice about all of this stuff goin on.. so better put your money to the trustworthy bank before its too late. Because If this happen to us it means this could happen to anyone.

We deposited $500 in our account. We didn't touch it for 2 years. They charged service fees for that period that used ALL of our money.these people are crooks!!

So the people at the branch are very nice, maybe just not well trained, and Truist policies are awful. It has been a series of problems from Day 1. I'm regretting going with Truist.

My mother had multiple fraudulent charges and we tried for days to get someone at the bank to answer and even left messages. We are through with truist. I have moved her accout to another bank. This is ridiculous!

I have been on hold for over two hours trying to pay a car payment through y'all. I called multiple numbers and nobody answers. All I want to do is pay this bill. Can't pay it online because I don't bank with y'all.

Last time I was here the lady at the counter was really rude, I came in with my work clothes on to cash my check and they looked like they were disgusted. Once again I am here but this time I have an account that I opened on lee hey which by the way is a great bank and great ppl, so we will see how this goes and I will update afterwards. Its 856 am and they are about to open.

I just joined this bank a week ago and I'm already close to leaving! For one my first debit card never arrived. Two, my second card arrived and these guys changed my pin!! Now I couldn't get gas for my car and had to go back on E! So now I have to go to a bank location on my lunch break tomorrow and not even get to eat because these people won't change it over the phone! This is the worst customer service I've ever had! I'm about to return to my old bank because of these horrible experiences!

So done with these people. I've been with suntrust for 10 yrs and this has become out of control. They treat people how ever and have no care for anyone. Ihave money missing from my account and get told you need to keep up with your account and it's my fault. Lol I have screen shots where it's gone. If I didnt keep up with my account I would not have before and after. Durrrrrr . And you work for a bank. Get a clue

Bank staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was having a difficult time depositing CASH into an account because of their system. When voicing my aggravation I was told by the teller he "didn't care if I was able to deposit it or not and that it wasn't his problem". I said "well I should just withdraw all my money and close all my accounts and go elsewhere". He responded with "I don't care" so thats what I'm doing. Been a SunTrust client for most of my life but they have lost all my business from now on.
