Quite frustrating to have made the drive all the way to your store only to see your Google hours do not aline with store hours. Wasted an hour of our time. For an office super store, I would think having accurate “office” hours listed would be basic. Amazon should go back to using UPS stores as it’s been nothing but a headache since they chose Staples. The wait time, lack of friendly staff, and such are the worst every time.

It’s fine as long as you don’t have to deal with the employees. Rude is the only word I have for them. Will never be back.

Alittle slow. I have mobility issues so standing to wait for copy was difficult. Be excellent if a few chairs were available available.

**CROOKS** Really unacceptable experience recently with this location. First visit, was given the wrong printer ink, even after providing the correct product number. Second visit: returned the next day to exchange the ink cartridges that I was told would work. Then they sold me a re-taped box of printer cartridges. The 18 or 19 y/o sales guy could not have cared less about helping me with the return. The manager had to step in to complete the return and to provide the correct cartriges.One week later and after printing only three pages --the black XL ink cartridge was empty or dried up.Lesson learned: if Staples tries to sell you a box of printer cartridges in a box that was previously opened -- refuse it and make them get you a box that's unopened. Obviously someone returned their old empty printer cartridges and Staples turned around and resold to me. Now I'm stuck having to purchase new cartridges.Some people have no shame!I will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS POOR SERVICE AND DISHONESTY from this Staples store.I'm sure Jillian H. will provide the same canned reply, "Sorry you had a bad experience...and hope to see you again." Not addressing the broader issue beyond a bad experience should tell future customers all they need to know.

Terrible! No customer help in store. 2 employees at copy center and no one around elsewhere. Stood at customer service 15 minutes and nothing! Terrible terrible! Ended up driving to Chattanooga to Office Depot for customer service. Much better!

Never can get service. Staples Cleveland. Last straw! I go into to buy binders. There was one checker. The girl she was helping was apparently updating her phone our downloading something so she was holding up the growing line. The other cashier was helping a larger order ( a big "closed sign" was up in his lane). I asked the cashier waiting for the download lady if the printing department could ring me up. She said sure! I went over there, and the girl working there SHOUTED across the department, "I'm busy with a customer (there was no one there) go back to the other checkers over there, there's two of them!" I repeat the ONLY cashier was busy with someone lady downloading something on her phone ( I waited five minutes as it was), rather than have her step aside, she just waited and waited like no one else existed in the world...... lade da. You can not make this stuff up. That was the second time in a row I left without anything. The first time, there was NO checker to be found anywhere. I finally left. Walmart is too close to be treating paying customers like they dont matter. I went there both times after leaving staples. The store is dumpy and carries few products. Like a morgue. Time to lease that location to someone who might use it and send the manager packing.

They did not have a variety of Contractor Invoices. Only a large pack of 50. Nothing in a smaller quantity.The associates were very helpful in trying to address my issue on the matter but to no avail.

Staff wasn't helpful at all. I employees seem more thrilled to play on there phones or hide in the office.

Customer service is mediocre at best. Products advertised on the shelves are not available in store. If you have the time go to Chattanooga or Knoxville.

Took my son to get a project printed for his college class. They were able to do all his professors requirements and were really nice
