This place has the child's best interest at heart. They have been wonderful working with my little one. They've helped her feel comfortable enough to have supervised visits in a safe environment.

I’ve had the best opportunity twice with Virlena and Miranda! We’ve dealt with one another at least once a week for over a year closer to two years and they are God sent! Before my encounter with them two I felt hopeless. My last visitation center was out of Knoxville and horrific; also, incredibly high priced. Both of my children love them ladies and call them teachers. It’s adorable. Over our long encounter we’ve had bad days and powerful days. No matter what kind of day we were having they helped me to remember to remain humble and positive. I admire them for their patience and preservation & knowledge! I could never thank them enough!

I am extremely grateful for the service Solomon provides. Being able to see my son in a comfortable, no bias environment boosted my self confidence and self worth. After several months of visitations through them, I am overjoyed to report judgement from the court for unsupervised visits has been granted. Thank you all so very much ❣️

The whole purpose of what they are suppose to do is reunify parents with children. Not keep them away because they have an ego issue. I was terminated from seeing my child because I asked that the director not monitor my visitations. I only asked this because she took on working with my boyfriends family at the time during their custody battle (HUGE ethical violation) and I didn’t want our two cases to collide. To clarify she had been working with me and my daughter for over a year before taking them on as clients. This should have been a Pretty reasonable request.. but I guess since her ego didn’t like that request she felt it be more appropriate to terminate my visits with my daughter. Resulting in me not seeing my child for 9 months while we were waiting to get back into court. She then testified in court that I had NO issues during my visits and that her office staff even wrote me a letter of recommendation and notated NO concerns with my ability to parent MY child unsupervised. Yet she terminated me from her practices the day after I asked for her specifically to not monitor my visits, she did this less than 24 hours when a visit was already scheduled. This directly HURT my child as she was very excited to see me for my visit and called me balling that she couldn’t. She is suppose to help families.. not keep them away from eachother. Due to this ethical violation and MANY more she has since committed, she has been reported and I will continue to let everyone know how she treated me and my family, so that way she can’t do this to anyone else. In my personal opinion I would stay clear of Solomon family solutions, how can a business as whole be good if the director herself dosnt understand how ethics work? When you have a director that is not even licensed in the state she is practicing in? (TN) please do your research! I didn’t and have since meet SO many families that have similar stories. If it’s not her way, it’s the highway.. seems to be the trend. She’s all over tik tok claiming that you should ask questions and judging GALS appointed by the courts because they can’t admit when they are wrong or don’t know the answer but she herself won’t ever own up to the wrong she did me and my child. Not only that but it was directly reported by my daughters counselor on recording that the director herself reached out to my daughters counselor and shared information regarding me & my visits with my daughter with my daughters counselor WITHOUT my consent, which is grounds for a lawsuit.- sincerely the mom you should have helped instead of just trying to line your pockets!

If you want your child scarred for life because of ethical violations, then choose this establishment to do your visitations. There are better choices to choose from in Cleveland, TN.

I have had the amazing privilege to be introduced to and work for Solomon Family Solutions for the past several months. The directors, along with the entire staff, are amazing humans with the biggest hearts for our community, family, and children. I have seen the way they go above and beyond for families, not only with the reunification process and dealing with courts and attorneys, but working way beyond a typical 9-5 schedule to ensure each individual family has their needs met. Solomon Family Solutions is a blessing to this community and I am so grateful to be a small part of it.

Working with SFS has been a very pleasant experience. They have consistently put the welfare of the children involved above all else. They truly seem to understand and do what's best in a situation (even when it's the most difficult). They've earned my respect by showing how much they truly care for their clients. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

SFS was given a very difficult case, at first we were very hesitant and not sure how all this would work. SFS has shown us nothing but professionalism and grace. I personally have not had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea, but my children trust and respect her. Virlena has simply been AMAZING. SFS works around our hectic schedule, and are always around if we need them. SFS looks out for the children/teens and holds their safety and well-being at the highest priority. I would highly recommend them to any family needing help. Thank you SFS for all that you do.

When we first came to SFS, it was with trepidation and concern. But it has turned out to be such a relief to have their assistance in such a difficult and stressful situation. Andrea and Virlena are a both wonderful assets to the team. They are available no matter the time of day (or night) and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we have.

If I could give SFS a 0 star that is what they would get. Andrea Chase is not licensed to do therapeutic counseling yet she said she did but when confronted about it she stopped our visitation with our daughters. I haven’t seen them since April 22. There is no charges and yet because of her being a California lawyer yes licensed in California not Tennessee I don’t know when I will see my girls. This is my opinion and feelings I’m not trying to discredit SFS but it has turned my family upside down.
