I went into this store a few weeks ago for shoes. The girl behind the counter didn't even look up. She kept playing on her phone. I was looking for work shoes. Needless to say I walked out. I won't be back.

Mason greeted me at the counter and answered a couple questions for me on a busy Dec Saturday. He helped me find a pair of work shoes and was EXTREMELY helpful and polite! I needed a pr of shoes to wear to work that day and he assisted me in finding exactly what l needed! Stayed with me to the end and gave me EXCELLENT customer service!Thank you Mason!

my experience with shoe dept. encore was amazing, great customer service, and they always got the most hottest shoe brands 10/10 would recommend coming back again!

Not willing to help my boyfriend with his shoes. He put the new ones on and we went to register to pay for them but backed out of it cause one of the female employees told him she needed to check the shoe size and wanted him to take them off to see size. Mind you, he only has one working hand and it was hard enough getting them on much less taking them back off. He's never been told that before, so we walked out with no shoes. There were at least 4 workers behind the counter doing nothing. That's not how you treat customers. Its not OK!! Probably won't be back there. Very rude and not friendly at all! This was at shoe dept encore at Bradley square mall Cleveland Tn

Lots of different shoes, but not always in your size. Very well organized. They have purses as well.

Staff just sat there the whole time on their phones. It felt so awkward to go in. Probably won't go back.

I would rate this store zero stars if I could! You see, I am currently in an electric wheelchair and when I entered the store in Cleveland, TN recently I received very rude facial expressions from the employees and absolutely no help at all. Along with the utter failure of customer service, the store is not wheelchair accessible AT ALL! Boxes of shoes were stacked down the middle of the aisles making it impossible for me to go fully down any of the aisles or even to the children’s section of the store. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and the attitude of all the employees at the store! Just because I am in a wheelchair does not mean I deserve any less respect or different treatment than anyone else! I will never return to this store and let everyone I know how I was treated!
