Called multiple times this am needing help w/ something.. It rung through twice then straight to voice mail like someone took it off the hook..this happened yesterday as well..always Very poor customer service especially the rude short little girl and my husband levi said the short little girl is also very rude to him. Need better employees. Needs better customer service. And for them.to stay off their phones when they have customers.

This place is a joke came in paid for $25 worth of gas with my card. I walked out to pump the gas an the pump didn't come on. I walked back in an the lady told me that the money didn't come out of my account. I called the bank $25 came out of my account. The bank explained that the money was taken out of my account. Then I asked to get it in writing that the funds would be reversed. The blonde old gas attendee refused to write the letter. Stating the $25 will refund to my card per the bank request.

Phone number posted is incorrect. Indian owned now I believe. Most of the family that works there is very nice. Manager (I believe his name is Hittesh) was kind enough to start ordering a frito lay snack for me that is difficult to find elsewhere. So I go here a lot now.

Is says open 24 hours but they aren't open 24 hours after 11 they close and open around 8 or 9am

Some misleading statements at this store. There are signs which say 100% Gas and at the pumps it says it's not. The gas costs more than the other stores nearby and there's a woman that works there which is so rude. She wouldn't even give me my change back one day. Honestly, I don't know if it was because she was chatting on her phone the whole time or she didn't want to give me my money back but I won't be back in there.

Awful experience today, went to the station with 11 dollars for gas and brought inside store and paid they didn’t even count it and just put it away. Went out to pump it and it said see cashier so I went back inside and they started yelling to go check now and was being very rude and then they only put prepaid for 8 dollars which I paid 11 and they refused to do anything about it

There are so many Mr Zips between Cleveland, Ooltewah and Chattanooga that I can't count them. Like all Mr Zips, they all have the lottery, cokes, candy bars, snacks, newspapers, beer, juice and cigarettes. This one you tend to forget about because it is in a congested area on a corner and you are always taking this short cut to get to the other side of town. So you never think about stopping at this Mr Zip unless you get stopped at the red light, leaving the YMCA, or like me, leaving the car wash next to it.
