When I was in Cleveland for about a year, I loved coming to Ohh Yeah because I loved the gym equipment, how it was never ridiculously busy, and how they were consistently updating and up keeping their equipment. However, if you ever want to cancel your membership good luck doing so within a few weeks. Their communication is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend Ohh Yeah if you're not planning on keeping your membership for very long (unless you're willing to wait a few weeks with many back-and-forth emails/calls). The worst part (why I didn't put 3 stars) is I was charged an extra $39, $19 twice and $15 twice within a month with yet to be refunded for the $19 x 2 and the $15 x 2. My membership is only $19 per month, so these extra charges with only a curt email back about my $39 refund has made my whole experience with Ohh Yeah sour. With their sketchy communication, charges and business practices, I wouldn't trust Ohh Yeah. Don't recommend.

Awesome place to workout! Clean, modern, great music, super-nice people. Free weights, machines, open floor, classes, and great prices, too! I love the place!

Great gym if you do not mind sub par ventilation, dirty, smelly bathrooms with towel and soap dispensers that are rarely refilled, broken equipment that takes weeks to fix (if at all), and indifferent staff who would rather play video games at the entrance counter than greet you, The final straw for me was when I advised an employee (Ethan) a soap dispenser had been pulled off the wall in the men's bathroom and was laying on a counter. His response?l..."No big deal, it still works, right? My response..:"it is a big deal to several people, which is exactly why you are losing customers." Done.

Unsafe. I had my phone and wallet stolen while a member at this gym. When I talked to the manager, he told me they had no cameras or any security measures in place and refused to help me. They don't even provide locks for their lockers. Some of the members are also sketchy and would take pictures of people while they worked out. The environment is unsafe and the staff is very disappointing to work with.

Absolutely love this gym! Very friendly staff. A ton of classes, and therapies you can do. Just a great environment to be apart of, like a big family!
