Customer service was great, but their prices are ridiculously high. I was charged $212 for a gallon of off brand hydraulic fluid and for a 3/8th inch X 8 ft long hydraulic line. They couldn't repair it due to liability issues so they made one. Valley hydraulics in athens charged me $7 to repair the same size line and had everything I needed. Never again will I use Napa.

Excellent customer service and help from Scott. Just got our vehicle out of the shop and had some follow up battery trouble. Scott was able to test and replace everything quickly and expertly. Extremely professional and polite. Thank you so very much!
