Local company with a solid team - have purchased two mattresses from them over past 10 years. Had some significant issues with most recent mattress breaking down. In process of resolving currently. Will update review as situation proceeds.
On the service side, team is knowledgeable and attentive without being overly pushy.
They carry a broad selection of options to meet a wide variety of needs and preferences - even their smaller showrooms have an excellent selection of both national brands as well as beds they manufacture.
The only real detractor is the mattress we purchased, with a 20 year warranty (and we did jump through the 'get the new foundation, get the new frame,' hoops to accommodate issues with first iteration of same mattress model being exceptionally less than ideal) has also collapsed. (For clarity, I am pushing 175# - perhaps 180# after a good batch of chili - and the lady wife is approximately 155#... so, well within stated parameters for the platform of sleeplike repose...) After biting the bullet to make sure we were crossing our i's and dotting our t's, even with the recommended base, et al, the mattress has still collapsed in metaphorical contemplation of its own navel. Upside? Well within warranty period and all requested hoops have been jumped through.

We had been shopping for an RV mattress for time. Not sure that we would like what we found on line, we went to MurMaid. They were very helpful and gave use options to choose from. Basically building the mattress we wanted from scratch. We are very pleased!!

Love MurMaid Mattress! I have purchased several mattresses through the years! In 2019 after a car accident I purchased an adjustable bed which has been such a blessing! I have to hide the remote because my grandchildren love to “ride” on it!! This month I purchased two twin mattresses for two of my grand girls. Their mattresses were hand me downs! Their first nights on the new mattresses they both said it was the BEST sleep they have had! Roger, Kristen, Lisa, and all the crew are great! Thankful for a local company who provides GREAT comfort to others! Thankful for the way they also pour back into their community. Thank you MurMaid Mattress for helping us have quality sleep!
