“Had a horrible experience here with the photo department when I picked up canvas prints that were EXTREMELY CRAZY CROOKED! Long story short, after an hour of waiting and at this point I was really getting upset, Feiliz stepped in and quickly resolved the issue. Her customer service was excellent and really deserves recognition! I would never go back to this store if not for that one person. 5 stars just based on her help. Thank you! Side note, I would use them again for photo prints but not for canvases that involve employees to create.”
