“My husband and I went to get phones yesterday & we had such a blissful experience. Michael & Matthew were such a team in helping us. They were so understaffed but they killed it!! Even though we usually hate getting new phone because it’s time consuming , we had a great time because of their personality.
Matthew was so funny and entertaining and it made the experience feel like home. Michael was so knowledgeable and professional. Even tho there were some hiccups along the way with my contract , Michael was on top of things on making it work. They closed at 6 on Sunday, but we were still there & they didn’t rush us at all. Will be back for sure !! Great place.”

“UBreakIfix repaird my galaxy s23 ultra after I dropped it and cracked the screen. They were always very friendly whenever I would call. I had to pickup the phone the next day unfortunately due to one of the computers not working correctly. They aren't allowed to release the phone to me until the computer scans the phone and passes it after testing it to make sure everything is in working order. 2 weeks after the repair there was dust getting under my screen and covering my camera. I called and they told me to bring it in as it would be covered under the warranty They provide. They replaced my screen again along with the seals and now my phone is back to like new. I didn't have to Pay for it as it was covered under warranty through them. Unfortunately I didn't realize until a day later that my s pen was definitely overheated at one point or another while with them. It still works but the texture it got from that hasn't gone away and definitely has some resistance going in and out of the phone. They've already done alot to help me with this phone so I've decided to eat the cost of the pen and will order a new one in the future.
I would definitely take my phone back if needed in the future but will remember to take the pen out haha. Thank yall for fixing my phone and honoring the warranty.”
