We had a wonderful experience with Mike’s. They were respectful and helped with tips for insurance as a claimant dealing with someone else’s insurance not wanting to pay. They communicated through the entire process, kept us updated regularly, and my car’s appearance is great! Would recommend!

Mike and Susie are by far the most professional, fair & friendliest folks in the business. I was in a unique situation where. After my accident The Body Shop. My car went to went out of business 2 weeks after my car got there. My Insurance Company thought they would total my car out. Rather than give me the opportunity to take it somewhere else. I went to body shop after body shop trying to get someone To help me out. Susie was the only one that listened to my story. And was familiar with the body shop that went out of business. She gave me Mike's phone number had me text him pictures And he agreed the car was not totaled they would be willing to fix it. They went to bat for me with my insurance company argued with them And encouraged me to fight them and not give up. Progressive tried to F me over. Susie said to go over progressives head & not give up. I did just that and finally got the total loss ruleing reversed. When I went back to Mike's auto body and told them. They worked my car right in to their schedule. And did an amazing job on my car. I was seriously about to give up my fight with the insurance company had it not been for them. They are good people & do good business. I would have lost my car if it wasn't for them instead of losing it. I got it back even better than it was.

Mike and Susie provided excellent service on our damaged car. Mike made sure all the details were spic and span on the car and Susie made sure the communication was always current and clear with the status of the repairs. Highly satisfied with our entire experience!

Crooked people. Illegally placed a lein on my car without getting my signature, they also never notified my bank about anything (extremely shady) until the day of sale to avoid legal problems. The car was never abandoned I contacted them every month aswell.

I was in an accident and I used Mikes for my repairs. He was quick to fit it into his busy schedule and staff was amazing. After repairs were done there was an issue with door and Mike looked at it right away and fixed issues and got it all feeling like new. Amazing work and great serviceServices: Tires

Everyone there was amazing. The service provided was fast, friendly, and professional. The car looks amazing, including under the hood. The first point of contact with them was on Nov 21st and my car was ready for pickup by Dec 21st. Plus, that timeframe also included dealing with the approvals for insurance (which they helped expedite). So quick, painless, and impressive.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I did want to share my poor experience with Mike’s because I chose it based on stellar reviews.I dropped my car off at the end of January this year. I was told it would be around 30 days for the work to be done. After a month, I had only spoken with two people who were both always polite and professional. When I spoke with the owner after a month (trying to get a timeline because insurance was refusing to pay for my rental), he told me that he was not going to honor anything that his previous employees told me and said “we fired him for things like this.” I’m assuming that “this” is a customer who would like to have her car back after dropping it off over a month ago (I’m confused about why it was scheduled to be dropped off and was still not complete if there were no delays in ordering parts, which is what my insurance company was told). Prior to this conversation, my insurance company informed me that someone at the shop had stated that the car would be done the week before. I didn’t not get it back for an additional week and a half (partly due to them completing work that did not have prior approval from insurance). Once I picked it up, there was a piece that had not come in yet. They called me a few weeks later and I went to have the piece put on. While doing so, they bent it and said they would order a new one, but haven’t heard anything about it to this day. I hope others have had a better experience. The work that was completed looks good except for the bent trim piece I mentioned, so that’s the only redeeming factor.

My suv had a big dent on the drivers door and another dent on the passengers door,I read some good reviews about Mikes auto body ,so I decided to give him a try.I am so impressed by his great work.He did a great job at affordable price,Him and his staff are really kind and helpful.Thanks Mike and your team for a job well done. I have a 2016 F-150 and Mike and his crew took my truck and repaired it to perfection. Mike offers a lifetime warranty for the repairs and believe me it looks perfect. I'm very happy with the quality of work. I would highly recommend if you need repairs to your vehicles, take it to Mike's
