I got the best customer service assistance from Josephine at the store she had much patience and help me fix the problem I was having with my phone that about 10 agents on customer service could not fix. She also was very incredible multitasking with other customers as well. She was very dedicated worker willing to help make customers satisfied. Thanks Josephine you deserve for Metro.

It's 5:00 in the afternoon and the store supposed to be open till 7:00 p.m. apparently this is a daily thing per the other stores next door and customers coming by to try to come in. They're just closing randomly. Note on the door says "be back shortly". And that's how he lose my business!

Second time visiting. First time was really long wait due to only one employee. Service was good once it was finally our turn. We spent over an hour waiting for the person ahead of us to have their issue resolved. Sunday at 3:30 p.m. store is closed although hours say it's open until 4 p.m.

The store is never open. The doors are locked lights on and there is never anyone inside the building. This has been an ongoing issue for more than a year now. If you don't want to work, or are disinterested in running a business then either sell the business or hire someone who's willing to work. There are plenty of able people willing to work. Metro by T-Mobile corporate please do something about this. Maybe I should file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Absolute joke, they can't help you with anything. They just tell you to call customer service. There are much better options out there at a lower cost.

Must be nice to have a company to run and a store to run during work hours but yet when you come to the store there's no one in the store and the doors are locked during work hours when they're supposed to be open

Always have issues here. The older woman NEVER knows what the hell is going on. But today I pull in around 2:45, Theres no sign on the door says open and is locked up with four or five customers standing outside and a lady banging on the door.It’s within business hours and there’s not a soul in the building.Surprised that t-mobile would allow this sort of customer service.You’d think they’d want there money. Not taking a nap in the back
