This review is solely based upon the fact that Julie is absolutely amazing!! We have experienced working with her twice and watching her deal with other customers as well. She completely goes out of her way with kindness and generosity to find the best options for the customer. She is willing to go in depth. The quality I seen her makes her very deserving of management pay management title and even her own franchise if she wanted it. The only thing we did not like about our experience is the technology that the store Sal's. The devices that we bought did not carry the amount of memory due to factory reset apps that will not erase that we do not need. The other is that I am legally blind and I need accessibility. Specifically I need speak to text or talk to text or select to speak. The Samsung tablet A7 light does not have this feature which is common on every device I have had. The pricing for upgrades is also outrageous. Being an existing customer for over 6 years has no value to Metro PCS. In Texas 4 years ago upgrades were no more than $100. They even had some phones that were free for the upgrade. Tennessee overall has poor service from providers. However, Julie is amazing!!

I want to Metro told him what I needed as far as the phone they gave me a phone that is not Google tap pay they gave me a phone that the phone number is still active and existing to another person and it is now connected to all of my stuff at my personal stuff Facebook it's the phone number is now connected to my bank account all of my personal information I went to Metro to upgrade my phone like they say you can 24 hours later I was not able to do that because the catch is they didn't have those phones on sale no more that were available for upgrade so then they transfer me to something else that I might can get but not without having to pay almost $200 for their mistake I can't get phone calls because when it rings it won't let me answer Google tap doesn't work so when I did have any money on my card and I was trying to get it off I can't order no bank cards because it sends it to a different address instead of my address so I go and try to use the Google top pay which is one of the things I specifically said I wanted and this phone is not equipped or enabled for Google tap I'm upset with the way they've done me because I've lost lots of money I'm losing mail I can't get in touch with nobody on my contact list hardly this is I think probably the worst I've been done by a phone company and I even have insurance on my phone but yet they still they use the excuse that they're not corporate and If I stay with Metro Im going to end up having to pay almost $200 for a FREE upgrade. Just another false advertisement ?

I got the best customer service assistance from Josephine at the store she had much patience and help me fix the problem I was having with my phone that about 10 agents on customer service could not fix. She also was very incredible multitasking with other customers as well. She was very dedicated worker willing to help make customers satisfied. Thanks Josephine you deserve for Metro.

It's 5:00 in the afternoon and the store supposed to be open till 7:00 p.m. apparently this is a daily thing per the other stores next door and customers coming by to try to come in. They're just closing randomly. Note on the door says "be back shortly". And that's how he lose my business!

Must be nice to have a company to run and a store to run during work hours but yet when you come to the store there's no one in the store and the doors are locked during work hours when they're supposed to be open
